Data provided will be processed by ABBA Hoteles, S.A. to help manage your booking and to facilitate future bookings, based on contractual compliance, and said data will be communicated, for this purpose, to the hotel where you have made your booking. If you authorise and agree to receive communication related to ABBA and other chain establishments, your data will be processed for that purpose, based on your authorisation, and will not be sent to third parties that do not pertain to the Chain. Abbantage Program Registration

The data provided will be processed by ABBA Hoteles, S.A. to help manage your membership in the chain’s loyalty program and to obtain benefits, based on contractual compliance. Your data will be shared for the same purpose with the various establishments that belong to the chain. To broaden the information provided or to exercise the rights granted to you by law (access, rectification, suppression, limitation, opposition and portability), you may consult the Privacy Policies.

In general, for purpose will we process your personal data?

  • To deal with information requests placed through the contact section on the Website.
  • To send information, including electronically, regarding ABBA and the various chain establishments, regarding our activities, promotions and other information we think may be of interest to you.
  • To manage your online booking with any of the chain establishments
  • To facilitate registration and membership in our loyalty program, Abbantage, and to carry out any actions related to program membership and described in their legal conditions. In any event, one of the intrinsic benefits of program membership is receiving electronic notifications with member-exclusive promotions and offers.
  • To manage the business relationship with customers and/or suppliers.

What is the legitimacy for processing your data?

  • To deal with information requests placed through the “Customer Service” section on the Website. The consent given from the sent request. 
  • For the communication of information regarding ABBA and its various chain establishments, Your consent / art. 21.1 LSSI (Information Society Services Act), in the event of electronic communication.
  • For managing online bookings, execution of the contract.

How long do we store your data?

In general, provided data will be stored for the duration that is deemed necessary for each of the purposes for which said data is required. In any event, for the legally established periods in the case of information related to service provision. Suppression.- The interested party will have the right to request the elimination of their personal data; in any case, this elimination will be subject to the limits established in the regulatory standard.

Limitation of processing.- The interested party will have the right to request limitation regarding the processing of their personal data

It is mandatory to declare identifying data pertaining to the customer/user, as well as other contact data and any other data that may be required according to applicable legislation, and denying to provide said data may make it impossible to access the service. The remaining data requested is voluntary, meaning that not providing it will not hinder the establishment from performing in the contractual relationship.

Protection of the control authorities.

Security measures.

ABBA has adopted the legally required personal data protection security levels and has installed all available technical measures and means to prevent the loss, improper use, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of personal data provided to ABBA.
